Guided tour with tasting directly from the tank and final tasting of 3 wines with a Rioja aperitif
We will begin by learning about the peculiarities that make Sonsierra a privileged region for growing vines, talking about factors such as climate, soils and vineyards.
Once in the winery we will take a brief tour of the history of Rioja and learn, through practice, how we make our wines by tasting them directly from the tank.
The experience ends with a commented tasting of 3 wines with a typically Rioja appetizer with cheeses and sausages.
